The customer requested “a lighter and stronger version.” We measured the original, created digital data, and made a new version in FRP material. About Our Manufacturing Services
Q. I am an individual. Can I still place an order?
A. Absolutely. Even if you don’t have technical drawings or data, we can discuss your ideas together, create design data, and proceed with manufacturing. Since we mainly handle short-delivery projects for our business clients, it helps if you can allow us enough lead time whenever possible.
Q. Can you make a cut model?
A. Yes. We can manufacture models by physically cutting the product or by creating a model that looks as if it has been cut.
Q. What level of precision can you achieve?
A. It depends on the material and processing method, but since we also handle engine parts and aerospace prototypes, we are highly experienced in high-precision manufacturing.
Q. I don’t know the exact material or production details. Can I still request manufacturing if I have a sample?
A. Yes. Please show us the actual sample. If the original material is no longer available or too expensive, we will suggest suitable alternatives.
Q. Can I request only data creation, without manufacturing?
A. Yes, that is possible.
Q. Can I check the progress during manufacturing?
A. Yes. We can send you photos of the process, or you can visit our workshop to review the progress in person.
Q. Can I see past projects?
A. Since we handle many development prototypes, most cannot be shown publicly on our website. However, we can provide examples of past projects upon request.
Q. Can I specify the material to be used?
A. Yes. We can work with materials such as resin, metal, and wood. You may also supply the material yourself.
Q. Can I request a repair or reproduction if the sample is partially broken?
A. Yes. Please let us examine the item and we will discuss how much we can restore.
Q. Will you provide the design data after manufacturing?
A. Yes, if requested in advance.
Q. What file formats can you handle?
A. We use NX (PARASOLID, IGES) and CATIA (CAT-PART, IGES). Other formats may also be supported through data conversion.

A. It depends on the shape, material, and type of processing. Since each item is custom-made, both cost and delivery time will vary. Drawings are ideal, but images or sketches are also acceptable.
Q. Can I request from outside your region?
A. Yes. We can discuss online, and communicate via email or mail as needed.
Q. Can you handle urgent requests?
A. Depending on the project, we may be able to accept urgent orders with an additional fee. Please contact us for details.
Q. How can I reduce costs?
A. Costs vary depending on materials, processing methods, and finishing details. We will suggest ways to adjust specifications to fit your budget.
Q. Can you communicate in English?
A. Yes, we can. Although we do not have native English speakers, we will assist you using translation tools. Please note that payments are accepted only in Japanese yen.
